From 22 to 25 August 2017, the Global Social Economy Forum (GSEF) gathered in Seoul, South Korea, a hundred of young people from 25 different countries. The aim of this meeting was to bring together the youth involved in the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) and to make them exchange on their respective practices and visions.
Field visits and workshops were organized around different themes such as housing, social finance, decent work and local communities. Facilitators of workshops have developed animation tools to stimulate reflection around the theme chosen by the groups. The event was also marked by an evening on the cultures of the world, the cultural mix being considered as one of the keys to success of the international social economy.
SSE International Forum, represented by two ambassadors, participated in these rich days of discussion and sharing around the social economy.
